Delivered a major problem for the economy modernization of state regulation of the funeral services. Analyzed the features of providing funeral services to the population, taking into account international experience. Was made a comprehensive analysis of the functioning and assessment of the economic situation of business scope of funeral services in Ukraine. Developed program-target method of regulation of the market of ritual services, whose main provisions are implemented in sentences.
