Essay

Within the dissertation, according to the generalization of scientific studies of national and foreign authors, the essence/nature of food safety in the national and world food problem has been studied; organizational and economic aspects providing with food quality have been analysed; methodical approaches according to assessment the state of food safety have been studied. The state of food production by domestic manufacturers has been studied; the assessment of the level of food safety through basic criteria of evaluation its condition has been investigated; the economic conditions that provide people with high-quality food have been studied; the influence of the main factors of world food problem touching the state of national food safety has been determined. Based on the analysis of food safety, the production levels have been prognosticated, and consumption of the major kinds of food trended out from 2017 to 2020 has been studied; the development prospects of organic production in Ukraine have been investigated; the proposals to improve organizational and economic mechanism of strengthening of food safety and providing food quality in this system have been investigated.
