Ruban O. Socio-economic principles of development of rural territories

The thesis is devoted to the development of social and economic principles of rural development, which involves the simultaneous existence of positive trends in the production subsystem and rising living standards. Therefore, the strategy of development of rural territories should include strategies development of production subsystem, social services and also managing the implementation of this strategy. The estimation of congruence of production system dynamics, demographic scope and standard of living of rural areas in the Poltava region development by applying the method of dynamic norms. The strategy for production subsystem rural area through a combination of extensive and intensive factors has been grounded; the main areas of social development of rural territories as well as areas to improve management of the development of rural territories with regard to differentiating areas of the field on the possibilities of self-sustainable rural development have been justified.
