Chumachenko N. Optimization of preventive measures when bronchial asthma for children living in ecologically unfavorable region.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of improvement of preventive measures against asthma disease among children from ecologically unfavorable region by studying the characteristics of the disease, gene polymorphisms and metabolic changes in indications of the amino-acid spectrum of blood, condensate of exhaled breath and correction of treatment. According to clinical-anamnesis studies, it is defined peculiarities of asthma among children living in ecologically unfavorable region. On the basis of the results of molecular-genetic studies, it is found polymorphic variants 313G, 481T and 79G genes GSTP1, NAT2 and ADRB2 and their combinations in genotype, which are the factors of increased risk of asthma among children. It is defined the changes of serum-amino range and exhaled breath condensate among children with asthma, who live in ecologically unfavorable region. It means the presence of a pronounced oxidative stress, which kept among patients in clinical remission period, and also shows the specificity of metabolic disorders. The scheme of preventive measures for children with asthma has been improved, with the inclusion into therapeutic complex a drug with metabolic action of derivative compounds of succinic acid.
