Essay

The dissertation is a scientific research of the legal regulation of budget control in Ukraine. The analysis of the historical aspects of arising, establishment and development of legal studies on budget control has been made and three stages have been singled out. The scientific approaches as for the definition of the budget control have been considered; the grounds for argumentation of the necessity of the budget-legal terminology unification have been given, and the author’s definition of the budget control has been suggested in the dissertation. The conceptual foundations of legal regulation of the budget control have been considered.
