Adamchuk O. Administration in the sphere of healthcare in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to research theoretical and practical questions in the administration of the Ukrainian health care. Historical and legal review of the formation and development of administrative measures in the sphere of healthcare were analyzed. The principles of the functioning of the system of healthcare were found out. The legal regulation of the administration in the health sector was clarified. The rights, duties, tasks and functions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine were characterized and the characteristics of its activities were summarized. The main directions of improvement of management in the health sector were considered. The experience of foreign countries as for the implementation of the positive aspects in the sphere of healthcare was investigated and the possibility of its implementation in Ukraine was considered.
