The object of study: the process of improving the management effectiveness for investment and innovative competitive providing in services of trucking companies. Objective: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and applied tools for improving the management for investment and innovative competitive providing in services of trucking companies. Methods: synthesis, system analysis, theoretical generalization, statistical analysis, expert interviews, groupings, logical analysis, strategic management, system and comparative analysis. The novelty: for the first time developed a toolkit of practical management by processes of investment and innovation ensuring the competitiveness in services of transport companies through grounding of necessary tools of organizational-managerial, financial-economic and information-psychological mechanisms, improved conceptual basics of planning policy for strengthen the competitiveness of services of trucking companies, methodical approach to evaluating of competitiveness for transport enterprises for intercity passenger transportation. Scope of application: in the activities of enterprises LLC "Galicia", Company "Egis-Ukraine", in the learning process of Lviv University of Business and Law for teaching of disciplines "Innovation management", "Business organization", "Innovation management", "Financial management".
