Yemelianova О. The mechanism of state regulation of regional development in economic stagnation

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of a conceptual basis and the formation of methodical maintenance of the mechanism of state regulation of regional development during economic stagnation. The scientific work systematically presents theoretical foundations of state regulation of regional development and identifies the peculiarities of research of economic stagnation in the context of state regulation.The potential of sustainable development of Ukraine's regions is analyzed in the context of the research. Methodical recommendations for improving the efficiency of state regulation of regional development aimed at organizing operational interoperability between levels of management hierarchy during the implementation of strategic plans and programs are developed. Scientifically justified proposals on improving the mechanism of state regulation of regional development in the period of stagnation are made.
