The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on the development of organizational and economic mechanisms of formation and use of the productive potential of food industry enterprises. In the thesis is designed the concept and the organizational - economic mechanism of management of food business production activity based on sustainable production capacity, which consists of: an analytical approach to the planning of growth and the level of production potential according to the sustainable development criteria; model of sustainable development of the production potential; system of management of production potential by the criterion of stability.
