Bilichenko I. Theoretical and Practical Fundamental Principles of Legal Regulation of Employment Relations of Prosecutors

The thesis is devoted to a complex theoretical research of theoretical and practical fundamental principles of legal regulation of employment relations of prosecutors in Ukraine. In the thesis it is carried out a historical and legal analysis of legal grounds for labor relations of prosecutors to rise and the termination of labor relations of prosecutors. It is researched the peculiarities of legal grounds occurrence and termination of employment relations of prosecutors in some foreign countries. The scientific and theoretical analysis of peculiarities of differentiation of legal regulation of employment relations of procurators is carried out. It is determined the legal status of prosecutor as the subject of legal employment relations, the peculiarities of the content of employment relations of prosecutors. In the thesis it is determined the legal grounds of occurrence, changing and termination of employment legal relations of prosecutors. It is substantiated proposal of amendments and additions to the legal acts in the sphere of legal regulation of employment relations of prosecutors to improve the regulation in this sphere.
