The dissertation research includes a theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific assignment concerning the legal regulation improvement of social relations in the field of protection, usage and reestablishment of natural resources for hunting. The meaning of natural resources for hunting is determined in the research. The peculiarities of natural resources for hunting as the objects of environmental law are proved and their types are distinguished. The content of legal regime of natural resources for hunting as the subordinated main principles of natural environment protection is defined, which aims at the accomplishment of Ukrainian protection legislation assignment, the usage and the reestablishment of fauna, which is 21 established by the system of regulatory legal acts of the legal regulation of the protection relations, the usage and the reestablishment of natural resources for hunting.
