The dissertation is devoted to the examination of administrative and legal regulation of banking activities in Ukraine. In the paper analyzed the concept and features of banking activity in administrative and legal sphere, examined stages of the genesis of administrative and legal regulation of banking activity and described the features of administrative and legal regulation of banking activity. Explored maintenance of administrative relations in banking activity, studied the rights and duties of administrative relations in banking activity, revealed their administrative responsibilities.
