Stepanenko T. Management of material resources of enterprise (according to the mining and processing plants of Ukraine)

Dissertation is devoted to management of material resources at enterprises of mining and processing complex of Ukraine. The сategorial framework of basic definitions of resource management theory is specified in the dissertation and approaches to material resources management are offered on the basis of application of stage-by-stage classification of resources. Theoretical and methodical principles of formation of a subsystem of integrated management of material resources are justified. Using the proposed approach, the author analysed subsystems of material resource management of the mining and processing plants, carried out assessment of their effectiveness and identified key areas for improvement. Methodical recommendations concerning improvement of a subsystem of material resources management of enterprises of mining processing complex were developed, in particular: a technique of multi-agent planning of demand for material resources; a technique of dynamic modelling of targeted balance taking into account seasonal prevalence and level of risk; a technique of calculation of reserve stock; a complex technique of analysis of inactive material resources; a management technique of competence-based potential and a subsystem of personnel development.
