The thesis found legal nature, as a category of weapons of administrative law, which is a socio-legal phenomenon lever forming potential or apparent threat to people and is regulate by law. Administrative and legal aspects of arms trafficking was revealed. Disclosed rules trafficking of arms as the object of administrative offense in Ukraine, which is a characteristic of social relations that are regulate by the rules of administrative law and determine the bans and licensing proceedings against arms trafficking in Ukraine.
