Essay

The thesis presented the latest scientific problem solving for the development principles, administrative and legal framework and improving the administrative and legal regulation of state registration of legal entities in Ukraine. There are the concept and content of the categorical understanding of state registration of legal entities as the object of administrative and legal regulation of registration of legal entities. The thesis found that Ukraine has taken over most positive developments of international experience in the analyzed area.
