Scientific research has been dedicated to development of a new surgical method of treatment of congenital palate and alveolar process clefts, which, along with the soft tissues reconstruction, provides a comprehensive bone grafting technique of the hard palate using allograft and composite osteograft of chopped allobone and medical adhesive in the area of alveolar bone defect.It was experimentally proved that the application of proposed composite osteograft along the using of bone plates as a membrane achieves rapid and complete osteoregeneratio. Application of the proposed bone grafting technique reduces postoperative complications and terms of hospital treatment for the average time of 3 days, accelerates medical and social rehabilitation of these patients.
