Yakovlev R. Administrative and legal framework in Ukraine reform of pre-trial investigation authorities

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the administrative and legal framework in Ukraine reform of pre-trial investigation authorities. Based on the analysis of general theoretical and legal and administrative research and regulatory sources, are considered the fundamental provisions in the area of reforming the pre-trial investigation authorities in Ukraine.The author analyzes the main problems associated with the administrative and legal framework, in order to find the optimal organizational structure of the preliminary investigation in Ukraine. Based on the study, formulated proposals for improving the existing legislation aimed at improving the efficiency of the activities of the pre-trial investigation in Ukraine.
