Essay

The dissertation is a complex research on legal provision of protection of the environment by business entities. Taking into account the current European integration and globalization processes legal instruments of protection of the environment by business entities were examined. The system of legal provision of protection of the environment should include both internal instruments and instruments of cooperation of such legal entities with each other, with state authorities, self-government institutions, communities and individuals. Internal instruments include those, which have already been legislatively envisaged, and those, which are not fixed yet, although they are found to be effective basing on national and foreign practice.
