Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study of artistic style function of texture in piano/orchestral works by F. Chopin. This thesis was the first in national musicology to study this problem in the context of brillant style genres interpreted by F. Chopin as a composer and a piano player. The individual features of his style are inseparable from the character of his epoch, and they are characterized in the thesis by existential and artistic unity centered around the type of creative personality of the author represented through: intimate and lyric type of thinking combined with concert-style attitude and virtuosity.
