Essay

Thesis is devoted to establishment of regularities and dependences of process of excavation taking into account dynamic resistance to digging of mountain rocks during optimization of parameters of excavation. The insufficient correlation connection (correlation coefficient r = 0,21) of actual values of the productivity of excavators of power-shovel type is set with calculations. Main reason - the methods of calculation are built on the determined static models, in that time as a process of excavation is probabilistic dynamic nonstationary process. The adequate mathematical models are worked out with the use of fundamental scientific principles, which take into account both the dynamics of resistance of mountain rock to digging and dynamics of all set of technological processes of excavation, that allowed to increase connection of actual and calculated values considerably (correlation coefficient r = 0,8). Optimization of parameters of excavation process with the criterion of minimum energy intensity with the use of probabilistic dynamic models allows to reduce energy intensity of process from 0,1 to 0,7 MJ/m3 depending on the category of rocks.
