The features of the technology of electrolytic production of magnesium in flow line, which are characteristic for the production of magnesium from, circulate magnesium chloride of titanium production such as seasonal changes for the current release of magnesium, the concentration and temperature profiles of flow line. Proven link humidity of environment and titanium impurities, which are present in the circulate magnesium chloride. Established that increasing humidity or moisture content of sodium chloride and served on the surface of the electrolyte, the particle size of magnesium oxide increases, causing coagulation effect of magnesium oxide and titanium compounds. These processes contribute to more rapid and complete removal of impurities of titanium from the amount magnesium chloride or electrolyte in the sludge, and as a result improve the technical performance of electrolysis. Recommendations regarding the adjustment process in the electrolytic production of magnesium flow line of magnesium chloride feedback to improve the technical performance of electrolysis. The equations were developed for calculating the concentration and temperature profiles of flow line. They are recommended for use in the design and operation of flow lines electrolysis of magnesium, as well as current analysis of flow lines, which are operated as part of titanium production.
