Shcherban V. Administrative and legal framework of public service activities of the executive authorities in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the administrative and legal framework of public service activities of the executive power in Ukraine. The paper defines the concept, nature and characteristics of public service activities of executive authorities in the context of administrative and legal aspects, the genesis of administrative legislation governing public-service activities of the executive authorities was investigated purpose, objectives, functions and principles of administrative and legal regulation of public service activity of executive bodies were researched. The content of administrative and legal status of the executive agencies carrying out a public service activity was analyzed, the essence of administrative and legal support public of service activities of the executive was revealed. The areas of optimization and development trends of administrative and legal regulation of public service activities of the executive powers were determined.
