Zarosylo V. Administrative and legal support of providing massive events in Ukraine

Thesis deals with the emergence of the Institute of mass events and theoretical issues and practice of administration of such events in Ukraine. The question of determining the theoretical events, their classification and on this basis the problems that exist in Ukraine in the sphere of public events were considered. The normative foundations for permission to hold mass actions by local authorities and local governments were formed. Analyses of the practical activities of local authorities in matters concerning permits for public events were done and it was found that most of the decisions to hold mass events in Ukraine which were adopted by them had the violations of the Constitution of Ukraine. The foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation of the regulation of mass events was analyzed and the ways to implementation of some elements of this activity in the practical work of local authorities in Ukraine were proposed.
