Siuiva I. Legal regulation of use of forest resources in agriculture of Ukraine

The thesis contains a comprehensive study of legal regulation of use of forest resources in agriculture of Ukraine. Analysis of theoretical and legal and legislative framework of use of forest resources in agriculture of Ukraine was carried out. The place of norms regulating relations in the sphere of use of forest resources in agriculture in the national legal system of Ukraine was determined. Legal nature and legal forms of use of forest resources in agriculture were revealed. The subject-object structure of relationships in the sphere of use of forest resources in agriculture was studied. Based on the research, theoretical conclusions were made and specific amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine aimed at improvement of legal regulation of use of forest resources in agriculture of Ukraine were proposed.
