Mandyuk O. Individual administrative acts: theory and practice of application

The thesis deals with complex research of theoretical and practical issues of the institution of individual administrative acts. The concept and features of individual administrative act were defined. The role and the legal significance of individual administrative acts in the activities of public administration and their effects on private persons were analyzed. Based on the analysis of experience of countries with developed administrative procedure law and achievements of modern administrative science were defined proposals for improvement of domestic legislation on adoption and action of individual administrative acts.
