In the studied made philosophical and religious analysis of conceptual foundations of the Christian-Muslim theological dialogue. Christianity and Islam have a significant potential for openness and dialogue today. At the beginning of the XXI century there has been progress regarding understanding the prophetic ministry of participants in inter-religious dialogue. Seek to identify projects of common understanding of the Word of God, manifested in various sacred books. A new hermeneutics, where Judaism, Christianity and Islam are the three elements of the complex structure of a single monotheistic worldview. At the beginning of the XXI century more attention to the relationship of the believer with God, perception of beauty in the world, which is a reflection of God's love for his creation. Important aspects of the dialogue are the recognition of the principles of human dignity, religious freedom, plurality of paths to God. Ismail al-Farudzhi was the first Islamic theologian who consciously developed the theoretical basis of dialogue with Christianity and Judaism. At the same time, Islam was presented as a meta-religion is a universal whole, in which other monotheistic religions must find his own fullness. Modern Islamic thinkers Fazlur Rahman, Muhammad Arkoun and Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd develop ecumenical hermeneutics, liberalizing the traditional notion of uncreated Qur'an. In particular, the Qur'an is uncreated in its basis, through oral transmission of Muhammad and the first generation of Muslims. Values and principles announced in this Qur'an - absolute. Relative items appear when the recording of the Koran and its interpretations. This methodology can be attributed to the core of Islam only humanistic values and principles, and the language of aggression consider bringing a human element in the creation of the Qur'an.
