The work is devoted to the development of information technology for setting improvement of offset machines ink printing system, which allows to significantly reduce the transition process and get a paper economy on the output offset machines on working mode printing. Information technology information technology for setting improvement of offset machines ink printing system is developed on the basis of their mathematical models. Is conducted test verification of information technology based on experimental data and simulation results. Experimental researches are confirmed the efficiency of the proposed information technology to determine the optimal amount of cycles for offset ink printing system previous ink filling.
