Liubchych A. Procedural norms in agrarian law.

The current research focuses on procedural norms in the agrarian law, its nature. The legal and historical aspects of the development of procedural norms in the agrarian law have been described. The paper provides definition of procedural norms in agrarian law and clarifies its typical feature. The function and elements of the system of procedural norms in the agrarian law have been clarified. Special attention in the thesis is paid to the classification of procedural norms in the agrarian law. The certain types of procedural norms which regulate agrarian relations with participation of agricultural producers have been studied. The basic measures on legal regulation of modern agrarian relations have been proposed. On the basis of the study made suggestions for improving the existing agrarian legislation of Ukraine.
