Kotenyov O. The Principles of Natural Resources Law.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of natural resources law as an intersectoral legal institution environmental law; the formation and development of the principles of natural resources law are traced; their place in the system of general legal principles and branch principles of environmental law is defined. The system of the current legislation related to consolidation of the principles of natural resources law is analyzed. The concept of principles of natural resources law and their system are studied. The content of researched principles of natural resources law is revealed; new author's principles of natural resources law are singled out and grounded. The main directions of improving the efficiency of implementing the principles of natural resources law are outlined. Foreign experience of legal regulation of natural resources is summed up; and possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. As the result of the analysis of the practice of using the principles of natural resources law the author has revealed shortcomings and suggested the ways of improving the legislation in this area.
