Object of study. Processes to increase the availability of video information with a specified level of its integrity and confidentiality in critical infrastructure systems. Subject of study. Methods for increasing the availability of video information on the basis of technologies for processing video stream with a given level of integrity in conditions of confidentiality. Methods of research. The systemic rationale for improving the security of dynamic video and information resources in the management system and objective control was based on the theory and methods of information security. The justification of the direction of ensuring the required level of accessibility and integrity of information in the conditions of the specified confidentiality was carried out using the methods of information protection, methods of assessing the risks of loss of information security, methods of information theory. The justification of the approach for eliminating the structural-temporal redundancy for the sequence of predicted frames was organized on the basis of methods for processing multimedia streams, generalized positional coding methods. Evaluation of the adequacy of theoretical and practical results was carried out on the basis of methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: the model for estimating the informative efficiency of the effective syntactic representation of P-frame slots based on the processing of differential-described spectrograms was first developed, the structural-combinatorial model for estimating the bit intensity of the sequence of predicted frames for video stream processing technology was first developed, the first synthesized method of effective syntactic presentation of sequences of P-frames based on intertransformant encoding, for the first time, a method was developed to increase the security of a dynamic video information resource in conditions of closing the video stream based on the effective syntactic representation of the differential-described spectrogram. The results of dissertation research implemented: when grounding system requirements to protect information security systems; the election of a typical functional profile information security systems; the development of technical tasks for creating information security systems.
