Essay

In the dissertation it is given the material of research on the study of the impact of protein product of deep hydrothermal treatment of soybean on growth, development and productivity of young pigs on fattening. It has been found out that using it for feeding pigs in the amount of 18, 17 and 20% by weight of the diet compared to control groups with using sunflower meal and soybean meal it was provided increasing the daily average gains on 14.6% (р<0.01), 14.6% (р<0.05), 5.1%, the expenditures of feed per 1 kg of gain were decreased by 12.88; 13.89; 6.67%, and the age of achieving live weight of 100 kg was reduced according on 9; 11; 3 days. It has been proved the impact of new protein product on the digestibility of nutrients of feed, peculiarities of dynamics of the exterior and interior, slaughter and of meat qualities, physiological status of internal organs and the quality of meat-fat products. Fattening with using the product of deep hydrothermal treatment of soybeans in the amount of 18, 17 and 20% by weight of the diet provided increasing the profitability of pork production by 2.8, 15.6 and 7.4%, respectively. It is recommended to use the product of deep hydrothermal treatment of soybeans in an amount of 17% for weight of the diet.
