Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation and the development of information technology and analytical means of their support for automated diagnosis of technical condition of building structures and constructions at stages of their life cycle. The proposed set-theoretic formal description of building structures at the level of detailing of the physical, technological and constructive factors and parameters, to ensure their functioning and constitute the information base for solving problems of automated diagnostics of technical condition of building structures; the method of expert estimation of a technical condition of building structures on unlike existing ones supports the formation of a system of expert solutions for solving the tasks of adjusting project activities. The proposed model and method of automated diagnostics of technical condition of building structures with application of mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic and technology of their implementation, which in contrast to existing allow to combine models of diagnostic with the models of adjusting physical, technological and design parameters on design stages of buildings. Conducted risk assessment in making diagnostic conclusions about the technical condition of building structures and buildings in generally. The proposed for the architecture system of automated diagnosis of technical condition of building structures and constructions and experimental study of its performance and effectiveness.
