Essay

Based on the analysis of the problem of creating an automated diagnostic information superhighway concluded that the currently used production models highways knowledge base not accurately represent the processes in their manufacture, which hinders the further development and implementation of effective information technology automated diagnostics. This fact prevents the improvement of product quality, reduction of its production costs and scrap rates. In comparison with the known structures and models of regular routes designed the database structure and production models knowledge, taking into account the perturbations of deterministic and statistical process manufacturing irregular routes. In comparison with the known models developed a precise mathematical model based on the information highways of nonuniform lines with statistical characteristic impedance, which is described by a Markov process. This model takes into account the random nature of the wave resistance and its first derivative and is valid in the presence of regular and irregular instabilities. Extracted from the knowledge of experts received information about the causality of phenomena and situations in the production process of high-speed highways. Structured operational information on the process of automated diagnosis of highways and the lists of situations that determine the quality of diagnosis. The models and procedures for the conversion of values highways diagnostic parameters in the characteristic values of situations. Formed hierarchical structure of the knowledge base for the diagnosis of adverse events and issuing recommendations on the correction mode of production and diagnostics roads. Algorithms for solving problems of diagnosis and prescription. The information technology support operational decisions by correction of the automated diagnostic mode during the process of manufacturing the irregular routes.
