Tepliuk M. The efficiency of the resources supplying in the activity of enterprises (based on the materials about brewing industry enterprises of Ukraine)

Dissertation is devoted to the issues of effective resource supplying of enterprises activities in the brewing industry of Ukraine. To extend the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise resource management, there was investigated the correlation between the economic essence category of "resources" and concepts such as strategic resources, resource potential, resource support, the necessity of allocating resources to traditional, intellectual and competence formed elemental structure of the resource portfolio. Methodical approach of resources supplying management in economic activities according to upgraded adaptive model and implemented functional management subsystem was improved. The analytical evaluation was held about the current state, dynamics, problems, prospects and potential of breweries in Ukraine. The approach was proposed the to develop a system of effective provisioning of the company, carried out to the brewing industry and tested to determine the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The functional subsystem of management resources supplying was proposed and tested through implementation in enterprises brewing industry to determine the efficiency of the proposed measures. In addition the practical recommendations for adaptation of resources supplying management model of the company was developed.
