Prymakov K. Administrative and Legal Regulation in the Sphere of Mass Media in Ukraine

The thesis paper deals with the inventions of theoretical issues and practical recommendations as for administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of mass media in Ukraine. It is analyzed the content and structure of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of mass media in Ukraine. It is examined the international standards of media regulation of relations and the issues of their implementation in Ukraine. The legal basis of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of mass media in Ukraine is determined. The amending and modifications to national legislation in the media are reasoned. It is classified the subjects of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of mass media in Ukraine. The organizational and legal characteristics of state and local government activities in mass media in Ukraine are considered. It is given the criteria and types of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of mass media in Ukraine at the national and local levels.
