Confirmed scientific evidence that the more severe forms of periodontal lesions observed in children who previously operated on dual cleft upper lip, hard and soft palate. Developed pathogenesis reasonable way to prevent inflammatory periodontal diseases in children who previously were operated for congenital cleft palate, which involves the use of antimicrobial agent local action, mucosal gel and probiotics, and shows that the use of developed set of measures has reduced the intensity of inflammation in periodontal tissues, normalize biochemical indices of oral liquid, improve charge state buccal epithelium cells and functional status micro-capillary bloodstream.
