Essay

Dissertation is devoted to forecasting and regulation of economic development at the level of political subdivisions of the country. The paper formulated theoretical propositions forecasting organization in public administration national economy and priorities of application software and the regulatory approach at the regional level. A comprehensive approach to assessing the economic development mezosystem as components of the national economy, thus allowing for decentralization in terms of equal access to budget resources required for the implementation of socio-economic development.
