The thesis is devoted to the mechanism of ensuring the rights of the victim in criminal proceedings in the form of private prosecution. Substantive and procedural grounds for the allocation of private prosecution in separate criminal proceedings reviewed. The study also identified the stages of implementation of private prosecution and analyzed the content of each of them.
