The thesis deals with legal ensuring of employment of Ukrainian population. The thesis contains analysis of historic beginnings of state regulation of employment of Ukrainian population; hence particular way of development of national state and legal regulation of the subject under consideration is stressed. Subsequently the author made general legal analysis of regulation of employment of population, revealed and improved the categories of this institution of legal regulation: «form of employment», «international standard for ensuring of employment» etc.
