Essay

Object is the test process of gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage. Purpose is improvement of the test process of gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage by developing of methods, models and information technology for collection, storage and analysis of test results with consideration of uncertainty influence. Methods are system analysis, set theory, information modelling, project management, processes approach, methods of expertise, theory of algorithm, methods of parameters assessment, theory of relational databases, methods of knowledge engineering, object-oriented programming. There has been developed an integrated risk model for gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage and its test process based on micro- and macro- risk models that are presented as data hypercube, and allows to determine quantitative and qualitative evaluation of gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage uncertainty. For the first time there has been developed a Method of limited resources management in the uncertainty conditions, which is based on risk model for gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage and its test process and method of countermeasures selection which allows to create the area of critical risks for the complex technical systems. A model of the basic stages for gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage test process was modified by the introduction of logic levels and a set of fixed types actions which resulted reengineering of research test and decreasing the time and costs of improvement. There has been improved a dynamic model of data transfer for gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage test results, which includes a calculated period of the archive files transfer of automated control system that avoids data loss and ensure their adequacy and relevance. Based on derived models and methods there was developed information technology of gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage test process that automates collection, storage and processing of test results with consideration of uncertainty influence, provide tools for decision making on test object state and allow to proceed management of gas turbine unit for terrestrial usage.
