Melian N. Legal Regulation of the Functioning of Public Funds for Social Purposes of Ukraine in Terms of Modern Transformations

The author of the thesis has provided theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific task - determining the nature and features of legal regulation of the functioning of public funds for social purposes. The concept of public finances in Ukraine has been defined; the current system of public finances has been characterized. The concept and essence of public funds for social purposes have been revealed. The state of legal regulation of public budgetary funds of the special (target) purpose has been characterized. The features of centralized and decentralized legal regulation of public funds for social purposes have been determined. The ways of improving control over the activity of public funds for social purposes in Ukraine in modern transformations have been suggested.
