Essay

The оbject of research: work states of power grids. The purpose of research: determination of the optimal placement, capacity and types of renewable energy sources in power grids of Ukraine. Methods of research: maximum likelihood method, Monte Carlo method, Newton's method. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: combined stochastic method for determination of the renewable energy sources placement is proposed; a criterion of maximum allowed renewable energy sources capacity is proposed; an integral index, which takes into account opinion of system operator and investor, is developed; a special subprogram to the DIgSILENT PowerFactory, which icludes all the research results, has been written. A subject degree of introduction: are proposed to use at power engineering enterprises, which design power grids and renewable energy sources. Sphere of use: power engineering enterprises.
