Lisovska Y. Administrative and legal providing of information security in Ukraine

The dissertation studied the complex administrative and legal principles of information security in Ukraine. Features of administrative and legal information security, administrative and legal concepts of information security; the role of information in the sphere of information security were outlined. Information rights, freedoms and interests of individuals, society and the state in the sphere of information were considered. The characteristics of public policy in the sphere of information security were given and the mechanism of its implementation and development priorities was described. The analysis of the situation and the problem of administrative and legal regulation of relations in the field of information security and analysis of regulations governing the operation of information security were done. Ways of improving of the institutional and legal mechanisms for the participation of non-state actors in ensuring information security were determined. The essence and peculiarities of confrontation in the sphere of information were researched.
