Saveliev M. Models and tools of information technology that support university's business incubators of IT companies

The thesis is devoted to the research and development of effective models and methods of process management in the University's business-center (incubator) of support new IT companies. The model of IT-start-up's lifecycle in such business-center is described. The control loop, based on the formation and subsequent evaluation of organizational maturity of IT-start-up based on CMMI model is shown. Structural model of the tools that provide the automation of technological processes of University's business-center is provided. A formal modelling of modern life cycle of IT products development using stochastic Petri nets is executed. A new model of the IT product development life cycle based on the synthesis of sequential and iterative life cycle models is presented and the case of its application in real projects is shown. The task of evaluating the timing of the project performed by a group of specialists with the different competence is formulated mathematically and NP-completeness of this task is proven. A solution of this problem using agent-based simulation is proposed and a tool of such assessment is described. The tool for assessment of IT companies maturity is proposed and theoretical ground for implementing it on the basis of the apparatus of fuzzy logic is provided.
