Essay

Based on the results of the analysis undertaken in 140 cases, of whom 120 were patients with chronic reflux gastritis and 20 were conditionally healthy individuals, clinical clinical manifestations and recommendations for optimizing the diagnosis of chronic reflux gastritis were studied using general clinical, instrumental, morphological, laboratory, biochemical and statistical methods by revealing and analyzing the clinical, biochemical and morphofunctional features of the stomach, as well as studying the interrelationships between the main acting factors. It was found that the typical clinical picture of chronic gastritis is associated with pain and dyspeptic syndrome, and a typical endoscopic picture is associated with hyperemia and edema of the gastric mucosa (96.7%), atrophy (32.5%), which was associated with the coloration of gastric contents into yellow color, gaping of the gatekeeper, direct visualization of duodenal contents in a stomach.
