In the dissertation the information technology setup mode of offset machines ink printing system oscillator cylinder, which allows to determine optimum settings of the oscillator cylinder for different stories printed form on the results of printing process on offset printing machines simulating. It was conducted the test verification of information technology on offset presses. The test results substantiate the effectiveness of information technology setup mode of offset machines ink printing system oscillator cylinder to enhance the quality of printed products, reduces the time and reduces paper costs to prepare the machine for printing.
