Chumachenko S. Administrative and Legal Status of the Subjects of Ensuring National Security of Ukraine

Object of study: public relations arising in the process of Ukraine's national security. Objective: to determine the nature and characteristics of administrative and legal status of the subjects' software of national security of Ukraine and ways of its legal settlement. Methods: a systematic, logical analysis, synthesis, analogy, abstraction, deduction, observation, modeling, comparative legal, system-structural others. Scientific novelty: the classification of the main types of subjects of national security. Overview types of law enforcement agencies as subjects of national security of Ukraine, the factors identified administrative efficiency of the national security of Ukraine. Grounded and classified the main challenges to the national security of Ukraine. Got further development of scientific capabilities legal provisions associations to ensure the national security of Ukraine, scientific and theoretical approaches to understanding the basic functions of law enforcement agencies according to their administrative and legal status in the national security of Ukraine. Practical value: the results of the research could be the basis for further development of the provisions of the science of administrative law, the basis for specialized studies of administrative and legal status of subjects of national security of Ukraine and reform of the competent authorities. Scope: during the training courses on administrative law in schools, in the preparation of textbooks, manuals and guidelines.
