Object: the process of state regulation of the development of wholesale markets of agricultural products in Ukraine. Aim: theoretical substantiation of the scientific principles of state regulation of the development of wholesale markets of agricultural products in Ukraine and the development of proposals on the directions of further improvement of their state regulation. Methods: general scientific, financial analysis, statistical and economic methods. Results: The main provisions of the state regulatory policy for the development of infrastructure objects of the agrarian market, in particular the wholesale markets of agricultural products, were substantiated. Novelty: conceptual principles of state regulation of the development of wholesale markets of agricultural products were developed.
