The purpose of the work - to find the peculiarities of the metabolic processes in the lamb's organism of combined productivity in the conditions of addition to the in rations of lysine, methionine and sulfur and the influence of these factors on the formation of their productive qualities. The metabolic processes in the young sheep's organism under the action of lysine, methionine and sulfurous were studied. Methods: biochemical, immunological, zootechnical, statistical. Scientific novelty: For the first time, the effect of essential amino acids of lysine, methionine, and sulfur in the composition of sodium sulfate on the metabolic processes in the organism of young sheep and the formation of their productive qualities was determined. New data were obtained regarding the protein and lipid composition of the liver and muscles tissues back of the young sheep by the action of the above-mentioned additives. It was shown that the increase in the content of lysine, methionine and sulfur in ration of young sheep on fattening contributes to the intensification of metabolic processes in their body. In particular, there is a clear dynamics in the increase of albumin concentration and activity of AsAT. Significant effects on the protein metabolism reveal methionine. Under the action of this amino acids the content of globulin fractions of proteins increased in serum. Lysine leads to a decrease in the content of thyroid hormones (especially T3) in the blood, and sulfur compounds (methionine, Na2SO4), on the contrary, increase it. Under the influence of these supplements the content of total lipids and glucose increased in the blood plasma. Lipids increase only at the expense of phospholipids, in particular, the fractions of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine. It was found that lysine influences the formation of meat qualities, and sulfur-containing compounds - on the formation of wool productivity. In particular, the chemical composition and biochemical parameters of the muscle tissues are characterized by the dynamics to increase the total protein, primarily due to the fraction of albumin. The content of carbohydrates, phospholipids, ash and also the amount of total fat is increasing. Under the influence of methionine and sodium sulfate in the improving of the wool quality, the content of the total Sulfur is increased, testified about improves the quality of the wool, in particular, the strength of the fibers and their diameten. The results of research on the feeding ofamino acids lysine methionine and sulfur to young sheep have undergone a production inspection. Field of application - sheep breeding.
