Tsuganok S. Administrative and legal status of the regional prosecutor's office of Ukraine

There is a scientific research in solving the problem of the development of administrative tools and principles refer to administrative and legal status of the regional prosecutor's office. It was proved that the Regional Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine is an integral part of the judicial authorities, but under the transitional provisions of its legal status, continues to have a mixed legal nature. It has intertwined functions of the judiciary (most authority) and executive bodies as inheritance from a bygone era. The administrative and legal status of the regional prosecutor's office is interconnected, conditioned of legal elements that determine the regional prosecutor in the system of justice.
